Home Interior Returns policy

We are confident that you’re going to love your order and therefore we do not accept any returns on our Home Interior Items.
(This does not affect your Consumer Rights – See below)

Once your order has been placed, you do have the right to cancel if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. You can do this by emailing
sales@stefaniejaynes.co.uk quoting your name and order number. After 12 hours of placing the order you can no longer cancel.

Damaged or faulty items

Please make sure that you check all items on the day of delivery and report any damaged or faulty items to us within 24 hours.
In the unlikely event that your item has been delivered damaged or faulty please email us at sales@stefaniejaynes.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence, in order that a resolution can be found.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any purchased online and obtain a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are in the original condition.

Alternatively, you can request an exchange in store or online.
