You can return your dress in store or by post to:

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any purchased online and obtain a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are in the original condition.

Alternatively, you can request an exchange in store or online.

Online order Returns

Need to return your dress?
Didn’t fit right or not loving the look..? You can return your fashion item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are in the original condition with all the tags intact.

Please note… If you are purchasing a PROM or evening dress we have a strict no returns policy for online purchases.

Please be careful when trying on your dress from Stefanie Jayne’s, as we cannot refund any items that are marked with tans, make up or creams.

Post items back in the original packaging to:

Please allow Stefanie Jayne’s up to 5 working days to process your return and refund. Your bank may take up to 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.

We recommend sending your parcel back using a recorded service, so you can track its journey back to Stefanie Jayne’s. We will refund the full amount, including the original postage however, we are not able to refund the returns postage.

Purchases made in store are bound by the consumer rights act of October 2015.
