Update – 4th May
Firstly we hope that you are all safe & well
It is almost hard to believe that it’s been 6 weeks since we had to close our doors temporarily!
This is just an update to let you know that we are still of course closed until we hear more – hopefully we will start to hear more from the UK Government in the not too distant future!
We have been receiving lots of messages in regards to collections of dresses. As collecting your dress is not deemed as an essential trip- we are not offering this service during this time. We hope you understand.
All dresses are safe in Stefanie Jayne’s and as soon as we know a date that we can reopen we will start to schedule collection appointments then.
Please bare with us in responding to your calls, messages & emails, we are getting back to you all but sometimes there is a delay in response.
Some of your messages require us to look at paperwork/orders etc which are in the shop. We are also limiting our travel (due to government guidelines) and therefore not visiting the shop everyday.
If you have been furloughed and would like additional time in regards to your payment plan, please contact us and we will make arrangements in due course.
We have 100’s of dresses waiting with our designers ready to ship out to us. Due to us being closed, we have not been accepting deliveries but as soon as we do reopen 100’s of your orders will arrive. We will call you as soon as they do!
Moving forward we have decided to take the decision to operate strictly as Appointment Only – We feel it is in the best interest for safety that we do this until the risk has minimised.
