Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply select a shopping category found from the menu, and click on the products you wish to view/buy. Then click add to cart and the rest is simple. At the top of every page are a set of icons, prompting you with your profile, your account, your shopping cart, and a search form.  Clicking on the cart will take you to the Cart and Checkout pages.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You can login or register for an account during checkout or anytime from the top Profile menu.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Should you wish to cancel your order after you have made payment but before item has been dispatched, please contact our team straight away on 01536 601 156 and we will be able to assist you. 

Should you wish to exchange your item, you can do so. Please contact us to make a request.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order anytime, without logging in. Simply click on Order Tracking (found at the bottom of every page under Customer Care). From there enter your email linked to the order along with the order number.

Note this is for internal tracking and not courier tracking.

How Can I Return a Product?
